About Me

Hello and welcome!
I’m Natasha Dardo, a psychologist and the Director of Whole Health Freedom. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and hopeful as they navigate life’s ups and downs. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting many concerns such as anxiety, mood difficulties, and trauma-related symptoms.
I founded Whole Health Freedom because I believe true wellbeing comes from balance and caring for all parts of ourselves: mind, body, and spirit. My vision is to create a holistic space where people can access genuine, approachable health professionals and receive whole-person care.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked in schools, clinics, private practices, and other therapeutic services, supporting people of all ages, though with a passion for helping young people and their families build insight, resilience, and life skills.
My current roles are with:
-
Headspace: Providing therapy for individuals aged 12 to 25;
-
Berwick College: Conducting assessments to support students, families, and the school;
-
Berry Street Victoria: Providing trauma-informed care for vulnerable children and adolescents; and
-
Whole Health Freedom: Providing individual therapy and assessments, and referring to other supports when needed.

I have completed 10 years of tertiary study, alongside ongoing professional development, and I’m currently completing the Clinical Registrar Program on my path toward endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist!

Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, hiking, playing soccer, or simply enjoying quiet moments alone. To me, freedom means having a peaceful mind, unburdened by fear, doubt, or expectation. It means creating the world you want to live in, pursuing your dreams and having the confidence to just be yourself.

At Whole Health Freedom, my mission is simple: to support you in caring for yourself wholly, so your mind, body, and spirit can flourish in this life.
If you would like to explore how we can work together, I offer a free 30 minute consultation. It's a chance to chat, ask questions, and see how I can best support your wellbeing. Feel free to get in touch by clicking here.
