Meet Our Founder

Hello and welcome.

My name is Natasha. I’m a psychologist who is passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and hopeful as they navigate life’s up's and downs. I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and supporting many concerns such as anxiety, depression and trauma.

I created Whole Health Freedom because I believe true wellbeing comes from balance - caring for all parts of ourselves; mind, body and spirit. My vision is to build a holistic space that brings together genuine, approachable health professionals and makes it easier for people to access complete, whole person care.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, hiking, playing soccer, or simply enjoying quiet moments alone. To me, freedom is when your mind is at peace, controlled by yourself, and unburdened by fear, doubt or expectations. It’s being free from past wounds or future worries, having hope, pursuing dreams, and having the power and confidence to just be yourself.

At Whole Health Freedom, the mission is to support you in looking after yourself wholly, so that your mind, body and spirit can flourish in this life.

Natasha's Experience

A little more about me…
I am a general psychologist with experience supporting people of all ages. Over the years I've worked in schools, clinics, private practices and other therapeutic services with a particular focus on helping young people and their families. I'm especially passionate about supporting young people in building insight and resilience, while they strengthen their inner resources and learn their own skills for a resilient life.

Currently, I work at Headspace, providing therapy sessions with individuals aged 12 to 25 years, and at Berwick College, where I conduct a range of assessments to help the students, family and school better understand the students learning and support needs. â€‹I also have several years of experience in trauma-informed care through my ongoing work with Berry Street Victoria, supporting vulnerable children and adolescents.

I have completed ten years of tertiary study, alongside ongoing professional development and training, to continually grow my knowledge and strengthen my skills. I am also completing the Clinical Registrar Program as I work toward endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. If you would like to know more about my professional experience, you can view my LinkedIn here.
