Hello, I'm Natasha Dardo, a registered psychologist based in Melbourne, Victoria.
I provide a warm, collaborative and evidence-based approach to supporting young people and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work towards their goals!
I have experience working across school, private practice, and assessment settings, supporting individuls with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, ASD, and personality disorders, including borderline personality disorder. I help clients explore their identity, clarify values, and navigate life transitions. I also support clients in building self-esteem, navigating relationships with family, partners and peers, and gaining insight into how their daily experiences impact their overall wellbeing.
In addition, I conduct comprehensive assessments for ADHD, behaviour, and specific learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculiua.
If you would like to explore working together or have any questions, I offer a free 20 minute consultation. Please feel free to contact me via email: natashadardo@hotmail.com
